What You’ll Do:
As an Appliance Repair Technician, you’ll be the face of Flamingo in Customers’ homes, delivering expert service and exceptional care.
- Deliver an outstanding Customer experience and build Customer relationships with every service call.
- Diagnose and repair residential appliances safely with precision and professionalism.
- Perform maintenance and explain preventative care to Customers.
- Communicate repair options, pricing estimates, and timelines clearly.
- Refer to service manuals and technical documentation to solve complex issues.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
Required Qualifications:
- Customer-first mindset and professional demeanor.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet throughout the day.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to pass background, drug and driving screenings.
Bonus (Not Required):
- Prior appliance repair or mechanical experience.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and appliance systems.
